Grounding E-government in Vietnam

Tuyen Thanh Nguyen, a PhD student at CCNR, and Hai Thi Thanh Nguyen a PhD student at Waseda University presented a paper at a recent E-government symposium in Vietnam, 13-14 December, 2006, in Hanoi. They focussed on issues of citizen access and participation in a developing country. See the Confence link and the attached paper.
